India Florist Direct is a real florist with our shops in all major cities in India. We are real florist and do not deliver orders through middlemen.
Order placed before 12 noon can be delivered same day. All orders placed after 12 noon are delivered next working day.
Please ensure that you have complete address of the receipent with landmarks so it is easier for us to deliver flowers.In case receipent is not at home, we call them on their moblie. If we are unable to reach them, we try to hand over bouquet to neighbour. In case that is not possible we may leave the flowers on the door.
Please be advised that we can not assure you early morning or late night delivery. However we try to deliver as close as possible to the time provided by you.
In case of incomplete address, wrong address, receipent shifted, refused by receipent, you will be charged fully for flowers.
We accept payments online and you can pay through credit card (Visa and Master) and all Indian Debit cards as well as through net banking.
Few questions you may like to ask:
1.What is the difference between Standard Premium and Deluxe bouquet?
Answer: The difference is only of the size. Premium has more flowers than Standard and Deluxe has even more flowers. All items which you see on our website are Premium (size).
2.Do you deliver flowers without disclosing my name?
Answer: We never promote this.If the receiver ask, we have to give your name.
3.Do you deliver at midnight?
Answer:Yes we do deliver, but you need to confirm with us over phone before placing your order.
